How long does it take a person to loose a lot of weight in a healthy way in a short period of time?

If I could, I would want to loose my 20kg in a minute. LOL. I'm sure I can't do that.

So now, I am going to go on a strict no carbs diet. I wonder how long I will last. However, having a trainer might help me a bit. Also having somebody that has the same goal might support me in challenging myself to prove that I can do it.

So yeah, I'm now going to a so called place to help me in loosing this weight. Even if I don't go here, I've been under the pressure of my dad as well. Kept asking me to go jogging everyday. 'Exercise la by, tolong la exercise' aduh, tension when he does that to me. He kept telling me how being the grand daughter of a mamak, I have a weak heart. The risk of me having heart attack is higher than others. Well, having the lower part of the body like my mom doesnt help me either. I have her lower part genes where I tend to accumulate more fats there than other parts of the body.

This is so sad. I used to be healthy before I flew to Australia in 2007. When I came back at the end of 2007, my weight went up from 60kg to 80kg. Ever since then it has been up and down but never to 60kg. I'm so going to go all my way to make it down to 60kg again. Before end of this year, IT'S SO ON BIATCH!!!

So I went to this place and they did this detox-ing phase. Where my whole body were wrapped with plastic and the machine when and pump air to tighten my body like massage like that. Actually quite awesome. But I dunno all this will work or not, I still believe in the good old way to exercise. I want to try and loose my weight like the biggest loser but I'm scared that I'll gain more. So might try this safer way because at least there's people maintaining my progress and looking at it with me so I have a guide.
